Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in sellable condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
